I remember something early in his presidency when the migrant crisis was crazy that he asked why they couldn’t simply be shot for trying to cross the border illegally. A 2nd term would have been and could still be disastrous for the US. He got rid of all advisors who tried to hold him back, the congress has a good chance of flipping and the SCOTUS is in his pocket. Plus he has a civilian army of Boogaloo, QAnon, Proud Boys, Oath Keepers and others that would and still could do his bidding.

Democratic states may call out the National Guard to prevent take over of the state governments by these groups, but I think many of those branches have been infiltrated as well.
