I hope it is Leondra Kruger if for no other reason but her age. But Childs seems to be the safest pick for Senate confirmation.

I switched my vote after I saw that Jackson's court issued an early ruling similar to what Kavanaugh's did shortly before the announcement.

And that would only be because of Clyburn. He is probably holding his help during the primary over Biden’s head. I do not trust any judge that Lindsay Graham supports.
