Hard to believe so high a number. That would mean 15000 or so wounded. If true it is unsustainable.

I find it ironic how the Russian people instinctively hate the the Nazis so much, not just because of WWII but specifically the siege of Stalingrad and what that inflicted on the Russian civilians and the terrible consequences. Then Putin turns around and uses the siege (bombing, shelling, turning off power, withholding supplies) over and over. This is the same technique he used before in Aleppo. It is sickening to watch those scenes.
