Were the Judge Boof and The Handmaid hearings on MSNBC fully televised?

I honestly don't recall. I ask because today's hearing is only available by scanning a bar code at the lower right of the screen.

22 Senators * 10 minutes + breaks, means Judge Jackson won't make her opening speech (which networks will return to cover) until close to 4:30.
