or Election Day polling sites IF they have no electricity to run the voting machines? Do they have back up plans in place?
I know Election Day is NOT this week but given how long areas have gone without electricity during past storms, it is something they need to plan for.

a range of options being considered depending on locality.

Voting sites are only opened on election day.
