When I was just linked to You Tube the ad that was running started with, "Amazon pays workers $15 an hour,....". I couldn't even stand to listen to the BS ad long enough to hit "skip ads". Fuck you Bezos!!!!!!!!!!!

New employees also get health coverage on their first day is their claim which sounds like bragging.

If Bezos really wants the best for his employees then he’ll accept their Union. And he can still be nice to them as he claims. Happy employees are productive employees.

in the same mold as Rockefeller, Vanderbilt, Carnegie and Morgan. If they could get away with children working in sweatshops they would do it in a heartbeat. American oligarchs are alive and thriving in the USA.

There’s no low they won’t subsume in a second if it meant they could be a few Pennys richer for it.

Being one of a group of centibillionaires and regular billionaires who collectively donate tons of money to avoid paying taxes, yeah, some of it is on him.

IMO, she's totally brainwashed. Doesn't want a union. Bezos pays her enough.

Yet she's ready to bolt from her job, which entails 10 hour shifts four nights a week (11:00 to 9:00).

She doesn't believe in unions at all. Let's say she has a myopic viewpoint of labor.

I don't argue with her; I listen. The only thing I respond with is not all warehouses are the same b/c of management, employees, and general circumstances. Staten Island had to be so bad that forming a union was the only option left.

Funny how the Amazon bashers never respond to questions about other billionaire companies paying lower wages.

Trump openly attacked Amazon and Bezos indicating the bashing is more of a RW political focus ... the unquestioning sheeple seem to just follow along.

is named Chris (short for Christian) Smalls. I could not help wondering whether he is related to (possibly even a direct descendant of) Roberts Smalls. I realize it's s kind of "out there" thought, but not impossible. I wold love to know.
