And not the good kind. My nephew got home on Saturday - he opted not to stay on his NOAA boat on the East Coast because he wanted to come home and vote. He said that none of the officers on the boat mentioned what precautions they would take because of the storm and were planning on sailing south from Rhode Island this week. I don't think that would be such a good idea. A couple officers are leaving, and he said they get a bit gung ho on their last trip. I hope they are safe.
