Pick whichever city you need, and when on that page, go to the window with the radar, and click on the tab marked "Webcams". You'll then get to go through all the ones for that particular city.

I just flipped through a few of them, and they all appear to be personal webcams, not state or other official ones. Might have to go to county, city, and state sites for those. Google Maps often has traffic cams, too, so that might be another option.

I'm near Frederick, Maryland (center of the state, more or less)... if there's anything you'd need to know from someone who is here. I'm one of 'em.
Btw to possibly pass along to your cousin or her daughter, there is a Twitter feed for the storm in Maryland which the state is also using... #MDsandy. For the storm in all locations, simply #Sandy.
