Obama's Guantanamo problem

Was the question ever posed to Mr. Obama this election cycle about the broken promise involving Guantanamo? I am curious to see if his position on this issue, in large part, satisfies DU.

Congress has blocked the closure of Guantanamo 4 TIMES, in bipartisan fashion. Its not something the President can do by himself.
