I was praying it would keep heading east. Out to sea.

It is following the track that was predicted. Pretty amazing science behind that predicted track.

dropping like rocks and it is starting to snow in the Great Smoky Mtns. National Park... crazy!

and this stinker is reaching that far north?

Good gawd, this is an awful storm. I also just checked all the computer models and none of it has it going out to sea, they all agree on a south-central NJ landfall.

It's going to be quiet around here for the next couple of days, I think, as so many people are hunkered down without power.
