The Pres said election will take care of itself, he's more concerned about American lives than the election.

People were wondering about it anyway and the question gave our President a chance to make his position very clear.

He is very presidential and I imagine people feel safer knowing he is at the helm during the storm.

how will the storm affect the election? Obama answered, Right now I'm more worried about the families, first responders, ..... the election will take care of itself next week.

In any case, the President said that he's not concerned about the election, rather the Americans who are in Sandy's path and the nation's economy. He said, "the election can take care of itself" and expects no impact next week.
