We're struggling with cuts in education, and we have less revenue because property taxes have decreased due to lower housing values.

How in the hell would any state find a billion dollars or more for disaster relief???

Romney knows that "let the states handle it!" is a no-solution solution. He doesn't give a flipping damn about what happens to regular folks. That is his answer.

Bush had the same kind of elitist attitude. People think that his handling if Katrina was some big bungling error. Oh please!
