According to WABC7 transformers in the subways have exploded, and water is beginning to creep into the subway system. Nightmare maybe coming true. God help the city if this report is true.

Bummer.
Those tunnels are being pumped constantly under normal conditions. With the pumps out, the damage is going to be severe.
