In that view, it's perfectly reasonable that I, as a private citizen, expect he should be denied privileges and respect other candidates have been afforded; like giving him benefit of the doubt; agreeing with providing him the benefit of tradition or protocol; assuming that he's a 'decent' or 'honorable' man; or bothering to respect ANYTHING that comes out of his mouth, anything he declares, or anything he does.
I don't believe Romney, at all. I don't think it's out of line to hold, express, and act on that view. I'll leave all the pussyfooting around these republicans to those folks with a vested interest in appearing impartial. That's just not something I think is necessary or productive for private citizens to bother with as they're expecting and demanding more from these elected and nominated politicians.
