President Romney coordinating Hurricane Response (for GOP states only)
..............................
Hes now in a full-blown Hurricane Sandy recovery mode, coordinating relief efforts with GOP governors, even though its not entirely clear what Romney knows about disaster relief, or how a presidential candidate whos not in office can even offer any assistant at all, other than some of millions as a donation to the Red Cross. Romney has found that disaster opportunity he was looking for throughout the entire campaign.
Mitt Romney continues to interfere with Hurricane Sandy response in an effort to use Sandy as an opportunity to bolster his presidential bona fides.
Democratic Hurricane Victims Needs Not Apply
Interesting that Mitt Romney appears to only be calling Republican governors. Oh thats right, Mitt Romney doesnt think of the 47% who live in the other half of the country. But in all seriousness, if this werent a political stunt meant to make an opportunity out of national disaster, Mitt Romney wouldnt be calling states based on the political affiliation of the governor hed be calling the worst hit states.

America has one president at a time and that is Barack Obama.
Mitt Ramney is like the annoying 10 year old who wants to help when he's really just in the way.

Even though Cayman Prepared reported (http://www.caymanprepared.gov.ky/portal/page?_pageid=3701,7107161&_dad=portal&_schema=PORTAL) on October 24th that:
Hurricane Sandy is currently moving to the north northeast at 13 mph with maximum sustained winds of 80 mph and higher gusts. On the current track, Sandy is expected to move over Jamaica today and over eastern Cuba tonight.
Hurricane Sandy is not expected to head directly to the Cayman Islands. Forecast models indicate that the severe weather associated with this strengthening cyclone will remain to the east of the Cayman Islands; however some cloudiness and showers are expected to spread into our area from today through Thursday evening. Locally heavy showers are likely and may lead to flooding of low-lying areas, especially over the Sister Islands, mainly between Wednesday and Thursday.
A later report indicated that, "in the early morning hours of Thursday the 25th, a rogue vortex spun from the hurricane and sucked over US $1,000,000,000,000 from Cayman Island accounts".
Mitt is frantically calling Republican governors desperately hoping they've seen his money!

(14,532 posts)Meth Romney, he only says he was on the phone with FEMA. They probably put him on hold and he monopolized the conversation from his end. True to form he rambled non-stop and did not even realize noone was on the other end.
