Trump lost another appeal or court case about his $10K/day fine.

I won't even venture to guess how many Trump suits have been filed/lost vs. filed/won, but I absolutely believe there should be a limit for frivolous lawsuits taking up court time/space. Trump knows how to work the courts, for sure.

Just imagine how many times Trump has sued contractors or suppliers, etc., filed appeals, refused subpoenas, lied during depositions and refused to comply with other court orders. Try to guess how much court time has been spent just so Trump can buy time with the end result of the cases being dropped because of high lawyer fees due to the appeals/delays. Just consider the cases that were lost regarding the 2020 election, 1/6 insurrection, etc.

Surely, there is a limit.

I am so glad to see that Attorney General Letitia James is so persistent on bringing Trump to court. Granted, those are civil charges and not criminal, but it sounds like she might just win her battle. What's he up to now...$100K in fines? The clock keeps ticking, so he'd best sit up straight and pay attention. To lose these appeals has to be doubly painful for him, since Letitia is Black and a woman. Go, Letitia. You have a lot of people pulling for you.

allowed to file or be the cause of one being filed.

The justice system complains that they are so backed up, he's one reason why. His shenanigans have pretty much dominated the courts for years.

(everybody should have the 'right' to use the courts to 'correct a wrong') there can and should be judgment regarding the 'validity' of the actions taken. If your 'action' is a BULLS**T action, the court has the right to recognize it and take proper action.
It seems to me that the courts have done just that regarding all of the crazy suits filed regarding 'voting fraud' by tRump's team of legal vultures......... you know, the 'brains' like Rudy, Lin Wood, and Sidney Powell.

Does it matter? American oligarchs are funneling money into the RNC anyway. I still remember after Citizens United was passed and president Obama at the state of the union talked about the harm unlimited dark money would cause and Justice Alito mouthed, "not true."

to maybe $500 K a day, or more.

No one is above the law.

Certainly not Republican traitors.
