Remember when Romney said this at the RNC convention:

“President Obama promised to begin to slow the rise of the oceans… And to heal the planet… My promise is to help you and your family.”

And that arena full of idiots thought it was HILARIOUS!!!

So maybe he isn't fighting anything, but just tossing out some bones..

The real actions to fight climate changes are politically and socially unpalletable. Obama would no sooner pursue this path than toss the election.
