Up to the minute.
Wherever he goes. Wherever he is.
They love to terrorize physicians that perform abortions, and their families. Lets terrorize those that threaten OUR lives.

This is the thing about Alito, he is void of empathy.

(7,874 posts)may he (and Thomas/Kavanaugh/Gorsuch/Barrett/McConnell/Collins/Murkowski) be shunned and spat on, ridiculed and denied service..pariahs...and when they are no longer above ground may they forever rot in hell, surrounded by the ghosts of the women/girls, raped and forced to carry to term, women/girls dead at the hands of back alley quacks...sounds reasonable...

(8,203 posts)This goes to all people who would put this fear and pain and agony and uncertainty back into our society..eff the leak..and eff the republicons who are using every excuse in the book to deny passage of a Womans Rights Act..

(113,913 posts)So, lets think like a republi-CON. HOW DO WE GET AROUND THIS? How many different ways?
How do we frustrate, impede, complicate, and gun up the works?
How do we tie things up so this awful strategy cant move forward - or cant move forward as quickly as they planned?
How do we put the proverbial sugar in the gas tank, or glue in the keyhole?
THINK!!!

(6,863 posts)Juries can acquit.
Governors can pardon.
We just have to work that angle too.
Might be away to get some governorships back.

(5,037 posts)Judges make you say whether you believe in jury nullification and strike you from the jury of you do - in a SCOTUS BS decision rendering purchase right to do that (another SCOTUS) decision null and void. It pisses me off.

(1,856 posts)The Rule of Three is a religious tenet held by some Wiccans, Neo-Pagans and occultists. It states that whatever energy a person puts out into the world, be it positive or negative, will be returned to that person three times. Some subscribe to a variant of this law in which return is not necessarily threefold. Wikipedia
I believe in the threefold law.too!
"Rot in hell" just isn't a strong enough sentiment, although I'm sure there are many sending those wishes to him too.

(111,443 posts)as what happens when religion and hatred of any group of US citizens addles a man's brain beyond repair.
Anyone who goes back to the thirteenth century to justify an opinion in the twenty first is quite frankly out to lunch, severely so.
Even the RCC was semi OK with abortion until 1869, when Pius IX decided he was losing the baby race with the Protestants and declared performing abortion at any stage of pregnancy to be cause for excommunication. Until then, it was fine until the fetus started to move enough that the woman felt it. Since by then abortion was dangerous given the lack of medical expertise, it made sense.
That's how old their "penis carries the soul" argument is, not very old, at all.
No, what I want for Alito and all men just like him is neverending ridicule, to have his "opinion" held up as a long, windy, patently ridiculous exposure of his own inadequacy as a human being and certainly as a man and most definitely as a jurist.
I also want to see any USSC justice who perjured him/herself to get on the court tossed off it. Impeachment can and should be done.
I also want to see abortion rights tied to amendment 13, which prevents involuntary servitude.
Religious men will continue to screech about it, that is their right under the first amendment. They just can't pass laws enslaving women to a fetus, to a man, or to the state unless they can pass a constitutional amendment doing just that. Yreah, they'll try.
