Japan spent 40% of tsunami relief money to fund unrelated projects, such as murdering whales! Meanwhile, many of its citizens still suffer and cannot return to their homes.

So happy we now have a government that focuses on helping those in need instead of lining the pockets of greedy and often corrupt organizations.
