Romney says he will reach across the aisle and work with Democrats...?

How is it that they cannot work with Democrats when a Democrat is in the White House but once one of theirs is in the White House, the Democrats will be submissive and more than willing to accept the Republican agenda?

I cannot wrap my brain around their way of thinking?

Nothing will change, but Democrats will be more willing to work with Republicans than Republicans are willing to work with Democrats? Is that what they are saying? Sounds like nonsense to me. Are they saying that they are not responsible enough to work with Democrats but Democrats are responsible enough to work with them? Or are they going to change their agenda to make it more palatable for Democrats to vote for? I doubt it.

They make no sense.

If :fear: Bishop Willard were to slip into the oval office the line of those wanting favors will be long. Between Grover Norquist looking for him to be that warm body to sign whatever he and his ilk come up with, there'll be all sorts of executive orders and other games to repay "friends" for their "investment". And some of his backers have invested a lot...and won't be patient.

A lot depends on the composition of the House and Senate. Like you, I have little confidence in Democrats if all they hold is the Senate. Turtleman McConnell will blow away the filibuster rules and cut deals with blue dogs like Manchin and Landrieu...in short, we'll be back to the "good ole days" of the booosh regime at best and a full blown kleptocracy at worst.

They say fuck you to our President and we are suppose to cooperate with them? I hope if Mitt gets elected he gets just what his party gave. Pukes think they are always right and we will come around to there ideas. They will be in for a big surprise, I think.

He can reach across the aisle with a concession speech.
