President Clinton to campaign in Minnesota this week.

Mismanagement of a critical asset, prudent hedging or brilliant strategy? Only time will tell.

"Tomorrow, October 30, President Bill Clinton will hold a grassroots event to rally supporters in Minneapolis, Minnesota at the University of Minnesota, McNamara Alumni Center."
