Will NY and NJ get worst of Sandy?

I'm in Philly, and while there was a lot of howling wind and swirling rain for most of yesterday, there hasn't been any catastrophic flooding. I live near the Penn campus, and there hasn't been any power outages either.

Most of the destruction seems to be happening in NY and NJ. Will it spread to other parts of the country, or is the worst over?
