I rode that coaster as a kid, and my family lives so close by.
Heart breaking for all people in the affected areas.

All of those wires are underground and the modem and router are on a UPS. I should be fine in that department, but might have to forgo it to deal with other problems. I hate hurricanes. They get my tighty-whities in a bunch.

... we're too high up to get flooded, but the streets flood out because the storm drains can't handle the volume. I'm on about the highest elevation in the neighborhood so I've personally never had a problem.
