Halloween in the East Coast?

Not that it amounts to a hill of beans but, I feel bad for all the kids who were so looking forward to tricking and treating..

If they cannot delay the elections, perhaps communities can delay the treating. At least, waiting a week will get dark earlier, the way it used to be.

Well, we're expecting it to clear out (Harrisburg, PA area) in time for the treating. HopeHoops Oct 2012 #2

He said they will try to determine if it will be safe/clear for kids to trick or treat tomorrow and if not they will 'reschedule Halloween' for the state.

Dunno about other areas, but I happened to hear him say this.

I love Halloween. When I was a kid it was better than Christmas to me.

My kids learned to trick-or-treat in sub-freezing weather and snow in NH. They don't go out anymore (adults now), but we keep the spirit going (pun intended).

We're in the eye at the moment. She's predicted to slam the shit out of us this evening and then head north to State College on her way to western NY.
