To me, it is just a slam towards someone who is being a douche. If I was choosing words, I would use either cocksucker or douchebag in the same sentence.

I mean I can see the far reaching stretch that cocksucker can be considered a slam towards a gay man but that is a hugely far reaching stretch that is pretty much moot.

I dunno, I just find it annoying when people say we can use certain words just because someone, somewhere, somehow just might barely be offended no matter how small the offense might be. THe big C word? Sure, that one is totally offensive but cocksucker? Nahh, that is just a simple slur like douchebag.
