I had one in my early 30's (I'm 73)...I thought I was in the throes of a bad migraine..like John Fetterman, Van Hollen will be prescribed a blood thinner and maybe a baby aspirin...and he'll get healthy..stop salting his food, learn to love salads, walk don't>ride, stop playing nice...
