There is a blood drive 3 miles from me next Monday and I will go donate my excess. At a Red Cross blood drive 5 years ago it was discovered that my blood pressure was dangerously high. Go to the doctor, we can't take your blood today they said. I have been on blood pressure meds since and just fine. I figure that Red Cross blood drive saved my life so I want to pay it forward.
