It was clearly set up as a photo-op. This took time away form any actual relief efforts. Goods were diverted and strategically placed for unnecessarily added extra step. The space is cordoned off and the water and goods are just near the tape. This is insulting. Also, everyone else is in rolled sleeve shirts, he's tip toeing around in his windbreaker. Absurd.
