It seems the only solutions we hear to confront this gun violence are:

a) if you see someone who doesn't seem right, you should report him.

b) watch the kids who are bullied because they might become shooters

c) if someone (boy) seems to be quiet, he might become a shooter

d) if a boy has killed a pet in 3rd grade, watch him because he might become a shooter.

e) do background checks
(look into his background, find nothing has been reported so conclude the obvious, he must be an upstanding Christian)

Yes, we need to become psychics or psychiatrists to PREDICT the next mass shooting.
not, take military grade artillery off the streets,
not , license gun owners + assess an Insurance fee
not, limit the # of weapons AND ammunition any one gun owner can possess
not, enact NO carry laws out of your house except 1 gun for hunting.
