Are you on drugs?

If she can't even hold her rinky dink seat in Wyoming, where will she have any support to run for President? She couldn't even carry her home state.

But she's not going to have hardly any support.

repubs won't support her, and Democrats certainly won't either.

She'll probably never exceed 3%, and be out after 2-3 weeks of primaries.

I'll NEVER understand TFG's Cult.

But honestly, I see ZERO chance she would gain traction. There is simply No Way she'll get more than perhaps a smattering of support from Democrats. Because other than her 1/6 position, and her opposition to TFG, there is nothing anywhere near Democratic in her positions.

And TFG Cult will NEVER vote for her. That's at a minimum, 60% of the repub party. Even if he doesn't run, they'll Never get behind her campaign.

I stand by my assessment. She'll never exceed 5% in polling amongst repubs, and I can think of at least 5 likely candidates, who will poll higher than she will.

He's repeatedly attacked her and calls that race the most important one in the country. He views her as his primary threat. The only other GQPper that stands a chance is DeSatan and he's competing for Trump's base. She'll be going for classic conservatives who don't like Trump but won't vote Dem, and many of whom are no lnger members of the GQP. Also, things will change as more revelations about Trump come out. You are vastly under-rating her. Whether she wins or not, she will almost certainly be running, most likely in 2024, but certainly in 2028. Either way, per the OP Biden won't be appointing her to anything.

You're looking at perhaps 10-20% of the party Max. There are a far greater # who LOVE TFG and will NEVER support her.

TFG is attacking her, because he obviously hates her with a passion, for being against him and going on the committee. It is ALL about him, and her attacks on HIM.

So sure, he wants to beat her. He wants to HUMILIATE her. Not because he thinks she stands a snowball's chance at being the repub Presidential nominee in 2024, but because he is after Revenge. Pure and simple Revenge.

Trump's candidates are getting 30-35% of the existing GQP vote. And you are absolutely wrong about the calculations of tho will stand a chance in 2024.

Is nothing at all like the national electorate. Your points are misguided.

Cheney as a presidential candidate may prompt a return to some semblance of sanity for the Gop and a broad showing of conservatives who are not fascist trumpians. Despite the general opinion on DU, I hold fast to the belief that there are just as many *principled repubs who would welcome a departure from the madness that began before tfg's campaign.

*before you excercise that 'alert' finger, think; Schmidt, Meidas Touch, Bulwark, etc. They DO exist.

Let's be honest... and factually based.

Liz Cheney agrees with 99% of the Trump agenda.

Liz Cheney hates Trump BECAUSE he de-railed Liz and Pappy Cheneys "neo-con" future.

Liz Cheney was mad at Trump because he didn't start any new wars.

Liz Cheney was mad at Trump because he flipped the GOP upside down and took her POWER...

It's not hard... look back to the GOP pre 2016

They could throw a Shrub, a McCain or a Romney at the GOP'ers and they'd fall in line even if they didn't like them

Then along came Trump who trashed the neo-cons...

Liz is mad because Trump destroyed HER political future.

I agree with others... make her the Ambassador to Iraq.

Nevermind, I wouldn't trust her in that role.

The love fest for Cheney Is nauseating. Cheney is against everything the Democratic party stands for. She hates Trump, whoopdidoo. That's the only common sense she's Ever shown. Not sure why posts stumping for a far right asshole is allowed to stand here lately. Cheney pisses on every bill that even hints on moving our country forward.

I mean, how could the Democratic Party possibly go wrong with an idea like that?

It would appeal to those hard-to-get conservative Wack-job voters who are sitting around just looking for a reason to vote Democratic. Because everyone knows those wackadoodles are just waiting for Joe Biden to each across the aisle and give them something they can believe in - and they sure do believe in torture.

Only, of course, we'd have to still call torture "enhanced interrogation techniques". That way we could claim we don't torture. Hey, it worked before, it can work again!

And with Liz Cheney at the helm, it would be like passing the torch. A feeling of continuity that allows people to feel safe and comfortable.

Woohoo!

Let's do it!
