Technically, you have to move your feet to dance. TFG moves his arms and sloshes his gut from side to side, but his feet never move. That constitutes a "cha-cha" to the media, I guess. Oh, and he has his trademark smirk on his face while doing it.

I doubt TFG has done any real dancing in 25 years or more, unless it was dancing all over the Constitution.
