Can a class action suit challenge 2 SCotUS decisions: Superpacs & corporation "personhood"?

Besides the instinctive repugnance that something-is-wrong with these decisions, it seemed futile to fight. But a passing phrase by a media yakker hit the spot:

"There is NO way that MY voice can have an equal impact as a superpac's."

So isn't that the key argument? Was it stated in the original cases? Couldn't ONE individual file a suit that could be turned into a class action on behalf of every single individual? Would the counter argument to a class action be, "If you can join together for this, then you have an equal impact"? Or would the counter argument be that anybody can join an opposing superpac and therefore attain parity?

It would seem that this election is showing the overwhelming influence of CASH.

Or, if this is a stupid approach, is there ANYTHING that can overturn these decisions?

We must lay the ground work at our City and County levels, work up to our Govs and have Them defend their Citizens who Are United Against "Cit-U"!

Look at what MT and LA et al are doing-if our Gov's Won't initiate action then we start at the bottom and force them to.

of the Supreme Court decision that won't allow the hundreds of women who work for Walmart and who were systematically discriminated against to join together in a suit.

Only two routes to take:
1. Amend the Constitution.
2. Replace the right Supreme Court justices at the right time.

That seems rather elementary.

Only the Supreme Court can overturn prior SC decisions, and they are very reluctant to do that.
