I was wondering if I remembered that correctly.

Clark cannot claim privilege. His only hope is to take a deal.

If he thinks being raided while wearing pajamas is bad, wait until he has to wear orange every day for years.

However, Clark can't assert legal privilege, since his client was the United States, not Donald Trump.

In fact, I saw today a few snippets where Clark took the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination (!) and asserted EXECUTIVE, not legal, privilege.
