The dog caught the car and now the dog is going to get run over.
Lying, cheating, to take away a right away is even worse. It will really come back to haunt the Republicans.
It takes a lot to wake the American people up, no doubt. Taking a right away is a sure fire way to wake them up. Lets see what happens this November.

(4,616 posts)For the sake of saying let's say there's a blue tsunami in November. What then? The SC won't change. Roe will still be dead. Congress can pass a law codifying, and the SC can declare it unconstitutional. So, what then? The time to put out the fire is BEFORE the house burns to the ground, not after.

(5,841 posts)This decision was 50 years in the making. Their side kept throwing shit against the wall hoping eventually something would stick. Well, they finally got what they wanted. And they did it by trying everything, including installing corrupt motherfuckers like the orange asshole and McConnell who did their bidding.
We need to do the same. We need to try in congress, with executive orders, with the HHS, packing the courts, EVERYTHING we can possibly think of.
They told me today I am less than a whole human being. THAT WILL NOT STAND.
