Republicans may come to regret the abortion decision made by their beloved right wing court.

What I think Is republicans may just have killed their golden goose. Every 2 years many one issue voters came out to vote republican because they were anti abortion. Now many one issue voters will stay home on election day.

Or expand the court.

Any number of things they could fear monger over.

That's the only reason they voted for the orange one, he was their tool to rain hate down on us.

those most affected will be the most motivated to GOTV. So while millions of citizens lose a right which could significantly alter their lives for years/decades to come, the other side won't even be affected except for the personal belief system bouncing around in their heads. Boohoo. Huge motivational imbalance.

Lots more of us than them.

Also, they now have what they so deeply wanted. I think for many the urgency to vote on this issue will decrease. Right now they have won. They can wallow in their victory and relax because they have won.

Very inelegantly articulated. But I hope you get what I am trying to say.

The anti-abortion fanatics will still turn out for the next few cycles. They aren’t content with outlawing abortion in SOME states. They want a NATIONWIDE ban.

to ban it in those states where it remains legal. That will draw a bunch of them to the polls again and again and again.

for this one decision to be as effective as I believe it probably once would have been. Democrats are now the sick demons who are destroying their nation, liberalism itself evil and depraved. (So much for all men are created equal and government of, by, and for the people.)

And absolutely, Democrats could and would turn around and pass another federal law legalizing abortion -- next year if we had sufficient majorities in congress.

Their goal is a nationwide ban

Revocation of rights will be nationwide

Don't forget they own the Supreme Court - now the exclusive manufacturer of the supreme law of the land
