They are trying to gin up an illusion of Repuke victimhood as fodder for the predictable corporate media "on one hand, on the other hand" gambit.

(95,247 posts)I cannot think of a single lawful reason for police to interfere with an armed crowd gathered outside the home of any judge, especially since it seems fine for state and local election officials. I suppose if their petition for redress of grievances got too loud, or blocked traffic, but there does not seem to be another reason for police to interfere, under the Constitution as interpreted by the court.
