Exactly how do the small government Nazis on the right plan to "regulate" the movement of women? (Original Post) onecaliberal Jun 2022 OP
Badly, with no constitutional right to do so. elleng Jun 2022 #1

they might pass laws they can't enforce in order to intimidate people. Also, a number of "free" states have already said they won't cooperate with "Nazi" states by restricting the activities of anyone seeking an abortion, providing information, or extraditing anyone.

And announce that I'm on my way to an abortion clinic -- if they'll stop me. That would be a fun exercise. Maybe I'll drive real, real slow and collect a half-dozen Kansas troopers along the way.

I'm 62 years old. I'd love to get pulled over and tell them where I was going.

I see no way to enforce it. Are they going to make women of a child-bearing age take a pregnancy test at the state line?

Hell, even the Pentagon is saying they won't go along with the ruling, but will still provide the full range of reproductive health services.

All women that are fertile will need to regulate their periods and report to Republican Central, weekly. You can't protect a Blastocyst unless you know it's implanted.

Just like they did to blacks. (Original constitution ok's it? Or maybe the DRAFT version). ... being ultra sarcastic here.
Just like cops do to blacks, except this time, they stop EVERYONE and mysteriously find stuff.
Agricultural inspection .... LEAVING the state.
Checking for avocados, lettuce and fetuses.
There is no "lower" for them to go, and yet, they find a way.
