Occupiers do this. No different than what early settlers did to Native Americans; Israel did to Palestinian farms, wells, and buildings. No different that what the French, Dutch, Brits, Spanish, etc did in Africa, India and around the world. Occupiers are occupiers at any stage of history and the present. Resource rich nations have been occupied and plundered throughout history and those with power to stop it will not because they are the occupiers.
