I think on the list of "most likely to be in the minority" justices, those are the top five.

in cases not involving religion, as to which he has a distinctly un-libertarian attitude. He was raised Catholic but supposedly attends Episcopal services now. I wonder if he has noticed that that denomination is on record as pro-choice and pro-LGBT rights?
