Mayor Aftab Pureval: Cincinnati Will Pay Employees Travel Costs for Out of State Abortions

CINCINNATI — In a direct response to the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval announced new city policies to ensure employees of the city and their families have access to what he called the "medical care they need."

Yep. Ohio was/is so gerrymandered it is near impossible to elect a D in Southern Ohio except for Cincinnati City elections. He would have sent Steve Combover to the bench if it had been a fairly drawn district, but the state legislature persists in dividing Cincinnati into two different congressional districts, each surrounded by enough blood red rural/suburban areas to drown out the blue dot that is Cincinnati. So proud of the work he is doing as Mayor. Love Aftab!
