At this point, all Trump can do is to plead insanity, He is fucked.

Meadows, Rudy, Flynn, Stone, all of them are fucked. They asked for pardons, they all knew what they were doing was illegal and the chances of them being indicted are very, very, high.

The possible charges against Trump and his band of traitors continues to grow. Witness tampering, obstruction of justice. I am wondering if they can be held responsible for all the injuries that occurred at the Capital. Add all this to election fraud, conspiracy, obstruction of congress.

The chances of some of them turning to save their own asses is thru the roof.

but he's not the kind of crazy that a successful insanity defense can be based on.

Remember that right-wing extremist in Norway who killed a bunch of people about 10 years ago, Anders Breivik? His lawyer wanted him to plead insanity and got a psychiatrist to opine that he was insane, but the government's experts said he wasn't; he was just a narcissistic psychopath so the insanity defense didn't apply. When Breivik's lawyer wanted to appeal, Breivik insisted that he was not insane and would not allow the lawyer to follow up with that defense. He's in prison now, which he found preferable to a finding that he was mentally ill. TFG is just like that.

Perp walk the blob out of his southern grifting offices and unload him in leg irons and shackles in D.C. for his arraingment. Make him appear without make up or hair products too. I would recommend the Green prison jumpers to avoid getting camo on the perp...

wouldn't have a problem with him spending the rest of his miserable life in a state mental institution, especially if they throw him in a padded cell.

Maybe Trump will finally admit he was just following Putin's orders, believing he can flip on his boss to get a deal from the DOJ.

I want them all perp walked.

Judge puts a gag on all parties

Guilty verdicts

Cohen decides which facility they will go to (joking).

No freedom pending appeal.

Any other ancillary players may plead down their sentence but

None of them may ever run for any government office or serve on any advisory board, PAC, or anything.

11. TDFG does not meet the requirements of the M'Naghten Rule
Tue Jun 28, 2022, 03:34 PM
Jun 2022

The M'Naghten Rule (or test) was established by the English House of Lords in the mid-19th Century and states that:

"Every man is to be presumed to be sane, and ... that to establish a defense on the ground of insanity, it must be clearly proved that, at the time of the committing of the act, the party accused was laboring under such a defect of reason, from disease of mind, and not to know the nature and quality of the act he was doing; or if he did know it, that he did not know he was doing what was wrong."

TDFG KNEW what he was doing was against the Law and the Constitution itself. In his mind he was RIGHT to refuse to concede the race to Joe Biden. He was RIGHT to refuse a peaceful transfer of power. He was RIGHT to cheer on his followers as he was the ringleader of a Coup against our government. For NOTHING goes down without his knowing and his involvement in something.

Debbie Downer. But I have heard that he was fucked over this or that so many times over the last 5 to 6 years that I have lost count. And yet nothing ever happens to his ass. Love to be wrong. If he does get indicted I will meet you all at the bar of your choice and the drinks are on me. But I fear my bank account is safe as long as Garland is AG.

Fatass attempted to strangle lead Secret Service officer Bobby Engel after Engel informed him it wasn't safe to go to the Capitol.

According to Raw Story, White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson reported today that after the attack, she found Mr. Engel "sitting in a chair just looking somewhat discombobulated and a little lost." Which, you know, you WOULD after the President of the United States just tried to wring your neck and you couldn't either shoot, taze, beat or mace the fucker.

I swear I regret every single day not sending a wall-to-wall counseling manual to Trump's Secret Service detail the day he was inaugurated. I didn't realize they were going to need one, but it turns out I was wrong.

The part about Trump throwing his lunch at the wall is an especial touch. Is this guy three years old or something?
