And it shouldn't really surprise people he would throw a fit like that. He has been in the public eye for a long time. Even before the presidency.

However, many people found the way to block the memories and vote for him anyway.

There were people that voted for him because he was a tantrum throwing racist sexist bully not inspite of it.
