I looked it up. It can take up to 4 months to return to work after breaking a hip especially an older person.

But then Biden, who opposes expansion, has to sign it.

That would take 67 votes to override Biden’s veto.

codifying Roe, and they don't add other things to it. Would if Sen. Collins go along with it since she feels she was lied to (misled, yea, sure)... But they would replace Manchin and Sinema....

It doesn't have to be gutted completely.

I mean, at the fucking very least, make it a talking filibuster again. Right now they don't have to do a damn thing but say they object. If Sinema and Manchin are so damn wedded to history, then make it revert back to a talking filibuster the way it used to be. Because right now McConnell is still in charge.
