working on already. If the SCOTUS can overturn laws that have been in place for decades we no
longer have a democracy. Already Roe, gutting the EPA, rigging elections and marriage laws. We are going to
be living in the good days 1950s or 1850s.

I don’t think that there’s a place in the Constitution where supermajorities in Congress can overrule a Supreme Court decision. The branches are separate. The USSC can strike down ANY law as unconstitutional. The executive and legislative branches must pass laws that fit within the constitutional framework deemed lawful by the USSC.

What’s left is to change the makeup of the Court. Since this is a rogue Court that’s out of control, changing the justices or expanding the Court are the only two remaining options. Biden will say no to both.

every office from city council, state house, US House and Senate as representative of the majority of the people they're going to win.

If we get back the Senate (+2) the SCOTUS should be reformed. 13 or 15 justices where random tribunals or 5 bench full courts hear cases. And no more shadow docket. The congress can do this. The congress is supposed to manage the Supreme Court.

We can do this, but people need to vote in overwhelming numbers.
