Perhaps the three that perjured themselves, especially the one two members of Congress say lied to them, too. I believe that was Kavanaugh.

But if Ginny is convicted of something like that, he can possibly be tripped as an accomplice



We can’t impeach just braise of conflict of interest. Then it would be made out to be political and not justified by the right. And they would do the same to ours. There must be clear crimes down.

In a 50-50 Senate. That would embolden any conservative Justice to go even farther to the right.
I just can't think of 17 Republican Senators who would vote guilty.
