the current state of affairs is making me wonder when men rape & impregnate their 12 yr old daughter

how it effects the overall family dynamic -- especially now that the child has to carry the fetus to term...

does the guy run off from the family, knowing since his daughter can't get an abortion that he's gonna be caught eventually? does he stay with the wife and kids and pretend everything is normal, and almost feel a bit proud about what he did? does he take his daughter on a mini vacation to a blue state for an abortion?

i'm wondering how the girl's mother feels about this? is she good with it because it's another wonderful baby for the family to love? (doubt it.) how resentful would she be toward her husband and even her daughter? does the woman just have to pretend everything is normal? does she pack up her daughter and get the fuck away from the douchebag that raped the 12 yr old? on the birth certificate is the "father's name" listed as "daddy?" (ok--i know it wouldn't be but...does a 10 or 11 or 12 yr old even know their father's full name?)

or

does the 12 yr old not tell anyone what happened, or that daddy raped her? and daddy holds his breath and prays that she never tells. but then she does. dna test happens--does he get charged with rape? jailed? or is all mostly forgiven because he needs to stay out of jail and support his growing family?

anyway--just rambling i guess--i don't actually expect anyone to know these answers. it's just that i think this sort of thing can & does happen and with the abortion bans in place this crime & family dilemma is going to be compounded.

6. I've seen these things happen within families a few times

in my life. When I was a teenager, one of the deacons in the church I attended got caught fucking his 2 year-old niece. The D.A. made a deal with him and he got probation with NO jail time. And they forgave him at the church!

Another time I was working at a casino where there was this security guard ( I think he was an ex-cop) who had his two daughters working there in housekeeping. The youngest was very young, and she already had a child. People said that it was her father's, but that was just gossip. It was also said that they lived in an abandoned bus out in the county.

As time went by, the younger daughter got pregnant again. People wondered about who the father was. Soon after she had the baby, the county got involved and arrested the father/grandfather. I never heard what became of that case. To be honest, I don't think I wanted to know.

Supposedly the idea was that they didn't want to put the family under stress during the trial. This guy and his wife had been taking care of the nursery at the church for years. I don't know if he was allowed to remain a deacon. His poor children, who were wonderful people, were so embarrassed about it, as most people would be. All of us kids made it clear that their dad's crimes did not transfer to them. Parents often look embarrassing to teenagers, but this guy won the gold at the parent embarrassment olympics. He cared not one bit how his family would deal with this.

As runaways, but be victims of murder, by their parents. The mothers in these situations, usually know what's going on, and not necessarily a family member impregatiing the child. They sell them on the internet. Used to be done on Craigslist, not sure if it still is. We've all seen stories of children locked in closets, etc... Worst case in backwoods, these little girls will have to escape, face forced home birth, or be murdered. There will be a huge spike in supposed runaways.

Their mom died and I guess they were in line for his sex needs. Both of the pregnancies ended with kids that were severely disabled.
