Dr. Katie McHugh, an OBGYN in Indiana, has witnessed 'an insane amount of requests' from women in Ohio and Kentucky seeking an abortion.

I can see your points.

If the perp is to not be a permanent burden on society, usually needs hands to work.

A person who is completely out of control and not able to be rehabilitated at all, yeah, nose might do it.

If offender is at all able to refrain, maybe a tattoo on face. Makes US more civilized and still identifies.

IN the case that someone could be rehabilitated and shows themselves able to refrain over an extended period of time, possible removal and can live life after serving time and changing behaviors.

And the "pro-lifers" are fine with that.

Not to mention the trauma that it would cause a 10 year old to carry ANY pregnancy to term, let alone one caused by her uncle raping her. And then, even if she manages to survive the birth, she gets to relive the worst day of her short life every single day. Oh, and let's not forget the fact that the "pro-lifers" will then turn around and deny her access to any financial assistance to help raise this child AND medical care that she AND the baby will MOST DEFINITELY need, probably for the rest of their lives, because, you know, she should have thought of that BEFORE she decided to get raped by her uncle.

Just think of all the horrible permutations, most of which are not only possible, but LIKELY in this case, and just know that the "pro-lifers" don't care about ANY of them. They're just worried about pleasing the invisible man in the sky, who only wants babies born and nothing more. These "pro-lifers" make me physically ill.
