Ask any Afro-American who's lived in or from Boston, and they are not surprised by this right-wing march (probably locals). We Afro-Americans routinely refer to Boston in terms like "The South's most northern city", and that may be too harsh on the South. I'm from MD and I live in AZ. I've traveled all over the US and every continent. The only 2 times that I've been racially profiled occurred during two of several business trips to Boston. Don't get get me started on the looks and comments from locals when I'm the only Black in the area. I told my girlfriend (Black) about this march, and texted a link of this story to several of my hometown buddies. Not only were they not surprised, they expected it.

And the absolute most upsetting thing about Boston, is that Whites believe Boston isn't racist. Duh, I bet you don't! Or my favorite cop-out excuse "No racist than any other city in the Northeast". How the hell would you know?! I just want to puke when they insult other NE cities/towns with that self-serving, blinded view of themselves.

Take a survey yourself if you don't believe me. Ask ten random Blacks who live, have lived in, or from Boston about where Boston ranks among "Most racist US cities". Exclude the college kids from Harvard (Cambridge) and MIT.
