Bannon goes off the rails after yesterday's J6 hearing, Mediaite reports...

A couple of his quotes:

"Pray for our enemies, okay? Pray because we're going medieval on these people. We're going to savage our enemies."

Later, he added, "I can take the oath on Zoom, deliver that and we'll see how good you are little Jamie Raskin and Liz Cheney and all of it -- serve it up!"

Is he really that big a player to the J6 committee? I wonder if they really need his testimony. That would really make his head explode - if they said nope, we don't need to talk to you after all.

Do not pass Go, go directly to jail, as your court date next wekk has not been postponed due to this cute little maneuver of offering to testify.

He seems to think he's more important than he is. It would be a slap in the face if the committee decided they didn't need to hear from him.

I doubt he'd give them anything they don't already know, and he'd be sticking his middle finger up at the whole process anyway. Between pleading the 5th he'd just be spewing hate towards the committee.

So fuck him.

Dream on, buddy, keep making your podcast threats while you can because you're going to jaid and there will be no pardon to save you this time because your orange turd hero is no longer president and is likely to join you in jail as some point.

and I've said that before, the Trumpist "political enemies" are literally in danger. If these people aren't held accountable and their rhetoric muted, and if heaven forbid the GQP gets more power after mid-terms, Cheney and Raskin and the dozens of others perceived as their enemies are in grave danger. Bannon isn't joking. These people want public executions.

In addition to saving our democracy, all of the high-profile people known as enemies to Trumpism hopefully are really pushing for indictments because their lives are in danger. Hopefully they see it that way too because this isn't a joke even though Bannon and the others are easy to mock.

They're delusional and dangerous.

From Wiki

Early life and career

Jamin Ben Raskin[2] was born to a Jewish family in Washington, D.C. on December 13, 1962, to Barbara (née Bellman) Raskin and Marcus Raskin. His mother was a journalist and novelist,[7] and his father was a former staff aide to President John F. Kennedy on the National Security Council, co-founder of the Institute for Policy Studies, and a progressive activist.[8][9] Raskin graduated from Georgetown Day School in 1979 at age 16. He graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts in government with concentration in political theory. In 1987, he received a J.D. degree magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.[10]

Raskin was a constitutional law professor at American University Washington College of Law for more than 25 years,[11] where he taught future fellow impeachment manager Stacey Plaskett.[12] He co-founded and directed the LL.M. program on law and government and co-founded the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project.[5][6] From 1989 to 1990, Raskin served as general counsel for Jesse Jackson's National Rainbow Coalition.[13] In 1996, he represented Ross Perot regarding Perot's exclusion from the 1996 United States presidential debates. Raskin wrote a Washington Post op-ed that strongly condemned the Federal Election Commission and the Commission on Presidential Debates for their decisions.[14]

I had no idea he was so talented and smart! I’ve been impressed with him since the impeachment times but that history is amazing. So sad about his son.

More prison time due to his not so thinly veiled threats as he waited for the trial to begin.

First amendment not withstanding it seems to me he has been very aggressive and threatening. If prosecutors can ask for more jail time how much time and where is the line he would have to cross by making all his crazy accusations and threats.

Of course with our luck if he is found guilty he’ll only get 3 months for each count. He could handle that. He’d love being the martyr who didn’t give in to the ‘deep state’ and he’d shoot his mouth off even more.

Please tell me more time could be tacked on!
