Are they going to be cooperative with the J6 Committee and the DOJ or are they going to fight it?

Texts have a sender and one or more recipients. One or both of the DOJ and J6 likely have at least some texts to and from the various people they are investigating or questioning. Some of them were likely communicating with the SS.

and that can (sort of) be applied to emails and texts...deleted emails and texts are never really gone...they're somewhere in the ether waiting to be discovered...

With the right IT and the phones used for the communication, they can absolutely be recovered. But, if the phones were destroyed, I'm not so sure.
